Why should I go to the dentist regularly?

A: Regular dental check ups help to keep your teeth and gums healthy. During the dental check up, your dental professional will check your overall oral health for any trouble areas. During the cleaning, your dental professional will remove any plaque and tartar buildup and may polish your teeth.  It also helps monitor for gum disease and allows a screening for oral cancer.

Why should I floss, isn’t brushing enough?

A: Brushing only removes plaque from the front and back surfaces of your teeth. Flossing, on the other hand, allows you to remove plaque from between your teeth and underneath the gums

How can I get my kids to brush their teeth?

A: Start with oral hygiene early. It’s never too early to make brushing and flossing a part of their morning and nightly routines, turn tooth brushing into a game, tell a story and of course choose the right tools.
